  Better tasting tap water!

  Replacement water filter cartridge makes a huge difference in the quality of our tap water when used for cooking and coffee and drinking water than without it. The chlorine and metal taste was cleared, and minimizes the calcium scale buildup. Comes with reminder date stickers, and sometimes a fridge magnet with writable surface and erasable marker.

  Easy Peasy installation, works great!

  I bought these filters as replacements for the GE branded filters. They work great in my GE refrigerator! There is no funny taste or smell to the water or ice. Installation is very simple, no different than the much more expensive filters. I highly recommend these if you have a GE fridge!

  Samsung Refrigerator Filter

  I couldn't justify paying $30+ for a Samsung brand filter. When I found this and saw the price- it was a no brainer. Shipping was fast and free. It installed quickly. Make sure you read the instructions and run about a gallon or two of water through the dispenser. This removes the air- you'll notice the sputtering while the water cycles through.

  Works better then our original Samsung filter!

  This filter has been a great alternative compared to the expensive Samsung branded filters. It was a perfect fit and we didn't have any problems with leaks. We have noticed with this filter our ice cubes are clearer then when we were using the Samsung filters. We haven't noticed a big difference in the taste of water when compared to the Samsung filter however the water still tastes slightly better then tap water. I did like that it came with stickers to place the date on the filter to know when it needs to be changed. Overall I would recommend this not only for the savings but also for the quality.

  The Refresh filter makes the water clear and a clean fresh taste. Our water is cloudy and has a dirty taste without this filter. I was surprised by the difference.

  Good alternative

  I have been using these for over 2 years

  I have been using these for over 2 years. They work just as well as the expensive ones. In fact, due to my oversight the one I just replaced had 12 months on it. I noticed no taste or smell difference between the old and the new. That tells me they are working and working well. Important Installation Tip! Once the new on is installed, run about 1 gallon of water through the system to clear the black charcoal dust out. Once the water is clear again you are ready to roll. If you do not do this you may have ugly black ice cubes. I would recommend these and I will continue to purchase. I bough a 3 pack this time so I will not need any for at least 18 months.

  Easy to install refrigerator water filter

  Delivery was on time. Instructions were precise. Install was easy and under 10 minutes. Once about 24-32 oz of water run through to clean out loose charcoal the taste was excellent.   Refresh water filters are an excelant product for anyone needing a Kenmore water filter.

  We have a Kenmore double door refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer. We were alerted that our water filter needed replacing. I did what other Kenmore owners probably did; I bought two from Sears. I thought the price was outrageous, but I needed them.
  The next time we were alerted, I shopped around and found Amazon offered not two, but three filters from Refresh. The filters are exactly the same as the ones Sears offered except, we got an extra one for a fraction of the price we paid for two.

  Nothing but great things to say about this product!

  It fit my fridge and works perfect - and was MUCH cheaper than the 2 I’ve had before it for this refrigerator. I saved around $40 by taking a chance on this water filter instead of getting our usual one, and I was not disappointed! Water tastes perfect.   Works as well as Frigidaire brand

  Drop-in replacement for Frigidaire water filter at 1/3rd the cost. Flush about a gallon of water through it and it should be primed and good to go for filtering water. I'm not on a well...city water which usually contains a lot less minerals than well water, depending on how the well water is filtered inside your home. So far no problems, will buy again instead of wasting $$ on the more expensive filters that seem identical in quality, materials, and consistency.
